In our inaugural specific powerlifting program, we wanted to bring the intensity. This program is for serious athletes who are at approximately an intermediate level of lifting (2-4 years). Each week consists of multiple squat, bench and deadlift days with accessories that were designed to help you put on strength in the 12 week cycle. This program is not for the faint of heart, and is only for those looking to take their lifting to the next level.
