Stay Strong! (4 Week Body Weight Program)




Lifters around the world are facing gym closures due to social distancing efforts to slow the speed of COVID-19 pandemic.

We know this comes with a lot of anxiety in everyone’s lives, and as lifters, many are left afraid of what this means for their hard earned strength.

Stay Strong! Is a free 4 week workout program you can do anywhere, without equipment, to help maintain your strength during this period of time.

Please join our private women’s only FB group and share your progress on this program with us.  We are all in this together and if we can’t physically be together, let’s encourage one another virtually!
