The idea of weighing all of your food and tracking how much protein, fats, and carbohydrates you eat can sound really
daunting. It did to me when I first started counting macros! I won’t lie, there is a bit of a learning curve with it, but
once you see how eating the right amounts of foods can be a real game changer (either to lose weight, maintain your
weight, fuel your training, or recover harder), you will push passed the discomfort and adopt counting your macros as a
new tool to help you reach your goals.
The goal of this book is to help make this learning process smoother. I can’t do the work for you, but I’ve been counting
macros and coaching my one-on-one nutrition clients through this for so many years that I can help remove some of
the frustration and get you feeling confident more quickly.
