Believe it or not, 2020 likely won’t be the only time you’re finding yourself starting again. Whether it was other priorities, an injury, or something outside of your control, you’ve had to take a break from lifting, but you’re ready to get back into it. Starting again can be a little discouraging. We compare ourselves to where we were before we had to take a break, and that can lead into a slippery slope of questioning if you’ll ever be that strong & dedicated again.
